STARTING FROM ZERO
GOT NOTHING TO LOSE, MAYBE WE'LL MAKE SOMETHING
GOT NOTHING TO LOSE, MAYBE WE'LL MAKE SOMETHING
[/blockquote]likes: skiing, soccer, surfing, hiking, dogs, rock climbing, being outside, backpacking
dislikes: When it’s warm out, Tyce does not like wearing a shirt. He dislikes reading, unless it’s a really good book that can grab his attention on the first page. Tyce doesn’t like tomatoes and probably never will. He also hates drinking soda. He got out of the habit of drinking it when he became a serious soccer player, now it tastes gross to him. He also hates failing at anything he attempts.
favorite season: fall.
special item: He brought his backcountry skis with him.
PERSONALITY:Tyce has become a very confident kid in the past few years. He moved a fair amount of times throughout high school, and each time he found himself a little bit more. He wasn’t attached to high school like everyone else seemed to be. It was cool enough, and he enjoyed his memories, but he was ready to get out of there It made moving to new schools easier. His free time in high school was spent doing things that he enjoyed for himself. The one thing that made him feel remotely close to his schools was being a part of the soccer team. It was the one school lead sport that he actually loved. He was trying to become a professional soccer player. Being active was one of the things Tyce excelled at. He had grown up in the outdoors with his family. They were always skiing, backpacking, or rock climbing. Tyce learned how to handle himself in nature, but there was always something holding him back from going for his full potential. Being around the great outdoors and knowing all of the safety that needed to be considered gave Tyce a healthy amount of fear for the world they lived in .His parents were heavily involved with the national forest rescue and had worked ski patrol in the past. They knew about all the accidents that had taken place in the recent years, and just knowing about them scared Tyce. For the adrenaline junkie he appeared to be, he was scared of dying. He loved to be the badass everyone thought of him as, but deep down he’s just a scared kid.
Tyce is a very nice person. He is friendly and loves to hear about everyone’s life story. This can cause problems, because people tend to think they are a lot closer with Tyce than they actually are because he is so over the top friendly. He has accidentally lead on numerous girls, and he feels bad about it, but this is just who he is. Girls have to figure out that he isn't trying to get with them. He is just genuinely interested in their lives. It's such a rarity for men to treat women this way at this age when their isn't a romantic interest that it causes a lot of confusion.

secrets and fears: He is so scared of failing and him or someone he knows possibly dying because of a human error on his part.
HISTORY:Jack and Ellie met in Salt Lake City when they had just graduated college. Jack was between schools, as he was planning on attending graduate school, and had picked up a job at one of the surrounding ski resorts. He had grown up in Colorado, so skiing was big for him. They hired him as a lift operator, and he stayed with the resort for a couple of seasons. He loved the discounted rates and gear he received from them, so it was a great deal. Ellie was a skier as well and worked at the same resort as Jack. She was a ski instructor for little kids and didn’t actually meet Jack until they had both been working there for a couple of months. They met on the chair lift when they were both on break and decided to ski a few runs together. Their friendship stuck and it only took a few weeks before it had grown into something more. When the summer months hit, Jack decided to go back to school, and Ellie decided to pursue her career of being a fitness trainer. It wasn’t long before they decided to move in together and start a family.
Tyce came before they were ready, but they tried to make the best of it. They had a house, and Ellie had a job that would over her maternity leave, but Jack was still in school and didn’t have a career. He worked as a bartender at a fancy restaurant, so he made good tips, but that was barely enough. They somehow managed to keep the house and budget their money so it worked out. Jack graduated from graduate school and launched his business. It had huge success, as the surrounding areas were in development and needed real estate agents. It wasn’t long before the family had enough money to move to a better house. They began skiing again and teaching Tyce how to ski. When he started kindergarten, he began playing soccer. He fell in love with it and begged his parents to let him join the club team. Jack and Ellie talked it over and decided to give it a try. Tyce began training with the club team and growing up in the competitive soccer world. By the age of fourteen he had traveled all over the country to play in tournaments and he was becoming very good. His coaches talked to his parents about his plans for the future, and they had always said that as long as Tyce enjoyed it, he would keep playing.
When Tyce reached high school, he got onto the varsity team as a freshman and became a starter. He was the right mid, and he loved it. He played for two years on that high school team and his sophomore year they were state champions. Jack’s business had been starting to slow down at this time, which made him start to consider other locations. It was the summer before Tyce’s junior year in high school that they found a job opportunity in California. It would expand the family business and add to their wealth. Tyce would attend a private school they found nearby to where Jack would be opening up his business. Tyce didn’t want to leave, but his parents convinced him that this would open up doors for him as a soccer player.
He ended up enjoying his time as much as he could there. He picked up surfing and loved all of the experiences he gained from moving to California. After he graduated, he decided to take a gap year and travel up to Canada to broaden his skiing horizon. He needed to take time for himself to try and figure out what he was going to do with himself. Tyce wasn't sure if soccer was going to work out for him. He loved the game, but he never recieved the scholarship he was hoping for, and lost some of his excitement because he wasn't able to recieve it. He wanted to shake things up a bit and change his environment. He loved skiing and knew that it would never make him feel the way the soccer scouts had made him feel. It was on the airplane to Canada when Tyce found himself in the middle of nowhere. He had been on the plane, and then suddenly he was here. He was in Echo.
