It all started over eight thousand years ago when a mysterious being was cast out, sent here to this Eden to rule for all eternity. It was devoid of all life in the beginning; everything was crafted by the being lovingly to become an exact replica of the untouched Earth. This place was named Echo. It was a world of beauty and wilderness that had only seen the lives of animals. The craftsman had a plan to bring mankind to this beautiful place, but he only wanted a handful. He wanted them to live in his beautiful land for his entertainment. He wanted to see them struggle, and to see what would happen when they are forced to survive without all the luxuries they are offered in their lives. He would bring them here to live, and when they were dead, he would do it all again. The craftsman had been bringing in humans for a few generations. It was now the 21st century in the world we know today, and he was on his march to bring in new recruits.

THE TWELVE ORIGINALS

Today, he is bringing in new people from all around the world. Five years ago, he brought in a group of twelve. Six boys and six girls. They were all fifteen, and have now grown up in Echo. They have created the beginning of a society. They live in the ruins of Echo. They are dangerous and weary of the new people who are being thrown into Echo daily. It would be wise to avoid confrontation with this group, for they are rarely forgiven. They understand their place in Echo, and they aren't about to let someone try to stop them. You can try to enter their world, but be warned: They have beasts that can kill you.

THE ANIMALS

The animals in Echo are like those of earth - only they can be tamed. Lions, Tigers, Bears, and more can all be bonded to humans in Echo. When they are babies, they can be caught and raised along your side. They appear to be something like spirit animals. They are apart of you in more ways than one. Some people claim to even be able to hear their animal's thoughts. Echo is a place waiting to be discovered, and the craftsman has already begun selecting. You're lost. In a crowded space, you're looking around for something even vaguely familiar and you turn a corner and, suddenly, any semblance of civilization is absolutely gone. All you see around you is pristine wilderness. Where are you? What's happened? There aren't any immediate answers and you're left to your own devices, left alone to cut through forests and ford streams and rivers without a single helping hand. After you struggle to find shelter, you notice there's a bag of things behind you. It's clear now that you were brought here for a reason, but why? How long will you be forced to stay here without your friends, without your family, without anything you once knew?
