It was nice to get away from the closeness of the rain forest and get out in the open. Especially the mountains, since Cloud has been away from her original home - which was the mountains, with the snow and the.. well yeah. But as much as Zeke loved being with Aurora, he needed some manly time; time to be the daredevil that he was when he first got here.. Not that he wasn't one since. Oh well, he was sure she would understand, maybe even meet up with him. That would be pretty rad.
Xer traveled through the snow, which he despised because it hid things that he could possibly trip over, at a slow-ish pace. Zeke was getting a bit impatient with the slow pace, because he was freezing in just a shirt and jeans. Sitting in front of the kid was Cloud, the little polar bear cub, at least he had that ball of fur to cuddle up with. He chuckled, but stroked his little fluffball. Impatiently kicked Xer's sides, he got him to speed up into a prance. Picking his limbs compeltely up and out of the snow before pounding them back down, and another kick and a little encouragement got him up to a slow and choppy lope. At the rough motion, Cloud whined and climbed onto Zeke's shoulder. Laughing, he shoved her safely inside his bag and let her head poke out of it.
When the trio reached the exact foot of the mountain, Xer stopped. He couldn't make his way up the rocky slope with a rider on his back. He snorting he fidgeted from side to side, until Zeke finally managed to swing himself off. Landing in the snow, he took Cloud out of his bag and placed her in the snow. It's been the first time in months since she has been here. Letting out little cries and growls, she romped and rolled around in the snow. Zeke scruffled up her fur, and she took off up the cliff. He called after her as her as he started to chase her, Xer tried to keep up with him as he struggled to keep his balance on the mountainside.
Not long before they started their climb did the kid end up misjudging his footing and losing it. He fell backwards and on the way down he got beat up by the rocks. Some scraps and some bruises, but at least no broken bones. He let out a cry as he fell further, this time his foot hit something. And it just had to be Xer. That sent the beast tumbling down also. With his ice blue eyes widened, he yelled.
"Shiiiit !"
Suddenly, he hit the ground with a harsh landing. It reminded him of the first time he fell out of that tree here, he got the wind knocked out of him. Struggling to breathe, he looked up to see the thousand pound animal still falling toward him. Still sore, he dragged himself out of the way and jumped when Xer finally hit the ground with a squeal. Groaning, he managed to pick himself up to check on his horse. Xer let out a gruntt before sqiurming himself back up to his feet. Still dazed, Xer looked around and then to Zeke. The kid laughed at their crazy stunt, and then started back up the hill to Cloud who was patiently waiting for them. Clearly, she didn't understand why the two had fallen. Xer reluctantly followed them.

ooc'd: LOLZ too lazy to post a picture. xD Mattes will waddle his way in here sometime. Give him a moment, he's slow.
ic'd: "Guruguru mawaru~! Fura fura na furishite anata no mune ni tobikomitai! Hear that, Sabor? That's called Japanese. In fact, it's called 'J-Pop.' "Scramble" by Horie Yu featuring Unscandal. Listen to it sometime...ohh, there I go again~! You'd never be able to listen to that, will you? You poor baby. It's fun to dance to. But you can't dance either, can you? You're a biggg, scary woofers."
The strange, charismatic giggling came from a girl pretty much known back home for her strangeness in general. A girl with long, uneven bangs and strange gray-blue eyes was lying on top of a massive black wolf, a wolf that could easily snap her neck without trying, a wolf that could slash open her pale flesh easily...was lying there patiently as she tousled his large, fluffed ears as if he were a puppy. Sabor took this routine daily. Koneko--the master-girl--hunted for him. He, her partner, protected her from the worldly dangers of Echo. However, when the bargain was made, he didn't expect this humiliation to come with it. Although back home, Sabor would never admit that he would have any sort of affections for a human. But he did.
Koneko was hugging the dire wolf about his neck, laying her head atop of his. Sabor was still deadly, sure, but he was now nothing more than a little puppy dog in her storm-colored eyes. For a year they had been together through the rain and snow and sunlight, and Sabor now trusted Koneko more than most animals, although his gruff exterior wouldn't show it. He went along with whatever she said in her strange, foreign tongue that she seemed to switch often into different languages.
"Although, to be honest, Utada Hikaru could beat Horie Yui anyday. In my opinion, though. She sounds like a goddess. But if someone sounds bad, does that not make them a goddess anymore? I doubt up in the clouds that if someone has a case of sore throat they'd be kicked out. What do you think, Sabor-love?" Sabor did the wolf equivalent to a sigh. Koneko, in her lithe form that hid her muscles from beating up boys back in the day, huddled up against the large, volatile wolf suddenly. She heard slight, light vibrations in the ground. It would be easy to detect--they were only a little ways up the mountain, attempting to gain shelter from the harsh, demanding cold of the Snow Angels. But Koneko had gotten used to this--it was how she'd catch rabbits in the spring time. Someone was approaching. She reached into her back pocket for the knife made out of bones she'd made a few months back after her butterfly knife broke. If it were a volatile animal, perhaps they could take it down together...
Strange. The noises were clearly human, although it'd been a while since Koneko last saw a human--a few weeks since she'd seen Mattes and nearly forever since she'd seen Jakket. Were there really other people living here? It would bring joy to Koneko. After talking to a giant wolf, random animals and dead prey for a year, more people would be a welcome change. Anti-social Mattes was no fun. Koneko popped up from her hiding position to see a boy traversing the unbiased frontier of the mountain. "Oh, look, Sabor~" she outburst suddenly, and Sabor looked down warily, "There IS another lovie living here~ Oh, joys of a thousand years~ Someone to talk to other than Mattes!"

Two fucking days of traveling? Really? Aurora spat on the hard cold ground. Why had Zeke traveled so far? Oh that's right, he had found himself a horse. Little runt. She hissed under her breath. Shiya looked up at Aurora with a started expression.
"Oh, not you love."
Aurora laughed at the cat's expression. It was priceless. But that was being mean. Shiya cared about how Aurora felt about her, and vice versa. Why was Aurora being such a bitch? Oh that's right, Zeke was making her hike through the mountains when winter was about to start. He owed her twice now; once because she brought his belt along with her, and twice because he was making her hike. She hated hiking. No, that was a lie. She loved being in the outdoors; but not when there was a chance of death. When she was out of breath from thinking such angry thoughts, Aurora sat herself down on a stump. Carefully, she took off her backpack and set it on her lap. Taking a deep, cleansing breath, Aurora opened the bag and peeked in on her little monkey ball. Kovu was doing good. Aurora smiled with content; at least one of them could be warm and have a good nights sleep.
After zipping the pack back up, Aurora began her climb again. This time more ferociously. She was taking out her anger on the rocks that stood in her way. Why couldn't Zeke have stayed with her and brought her along with him? That would have been more fun. She thought with a pout. Maybe she should think about getting her own horse. That way she could gallop off after the bastard when he leaves her. Fuck, they had sex for crying out loud! Fuck snow!
She wasn't really mad at him of course, just annoyed at the weather.
It seemed it had been a day since her last water break, but nothing would stop her now. It was a few moments longer before she could make out a horse in the background. Zeke! Dispite her tired body, Aurora shot forward with Shiya on her heels. Of course the cat beat her, Aurora could dream couldn't she? When she reached her mans arms, she breathed out a sigh of relief. What a dumb ass he was, but she had missed him. Tenderly, she kissed his lips before pulling back.
"Whatthefuck was that?"
She asked aggressively. She didn't really need an answer though; because she set down her bag gently and than began kissing his neck suggestively.
ooc; Aurora hasn't changed. Still oblivious =]

Koneko looked down to see a pretty girl approach the boy--from their relaxed physical stances, the girl obviously wasn't looking to shank him in the back, and they even seemed intimate with each other. A normal girl would have felt lonely, but hell, Koneko wasn't normal. She had the worst relationship ever. Her boyfriend drove over a damned cliff and landed her in this situation.
"Ooh, Sabor, I should be paying money to see this~" she giggled to her companion as she looked down at the increasingly intimate couple. "D'ya think they'd do it on the snow? Kind of awkward, isn't it? It'd be too cold in my opinion." Koneko wondered if she should say something instead of sitting there on a massive, dangerous-looking wolf, being a pervert in general. Well, it's not like she had to, right? They would notice her eventually.
ooc'd: Just had to say that, no matter how short it is. xD

Paige walked aimlessy through the moutain terrian. She felt tired, lost, lonely, just not happy. She didn't know what to think of her life, and she thought she sounded desprated and self centered at those own thoughts of hers. This Echo place wasn't that bad. She would learn to be different, more....Not Paige-ish. But for now, she wasn't enjoying life, and it seemed like the crisp Mountain air was finally getting to her.
She had been milling about the moutain for what seemed like forever, afriad to stay and leave. She knew the place quiet well now, but the cold could be deadly, and her clothes she wore didn't agree with the sometimes brutal weather. If she left, well it kinda felt like home now. She didn't have a clue what was out there now, didn't know the terrian, the creatures the humans.
And this was the last place she had actually had made human contact with. Zekke and Aurora, and her own cute compaion Shiya, which Paige had taken a liking to. And Zekke was capturing his polar bear then, so cute she recalled, but after that all thins went fuzzy and she couldn't remember well what happened afterwards, it was as if she was knocked out and couldn't remember anything.
She heard a crash, and voices, sevral of them. She whipped her head around in the direction of them. They seemed familar, or at least some of them did. She cautiously made her way towards them, to soon see two humans and two animals, all figuares both very distinct, to her memory that was. Happy to finally see a human, two that she knew brought relief. "Zekke! Aurora!" She hollered.
She heard something else, a human voice, but payed no attention to it, she was seeing...Friends! She jogged ( if you could call it jogging, it was more of a quick akward away of getting to the pair of humans and animals) over to them, smiling friendly, and hoping they still remembered who she was. "Whose your white little friend Zekke?" She asked him, but the bear cub was much bigger then she last say, as was Shiya.
OOC: X.X Crappy post but its better than nothing. And Paige's compaion lives on the mountain I think, maybe she'll run into it xD

After a while of intense, rugged climbing the boy and his companions took a break. Zeke was not as cold as he once was, for the activity had his circulation going good. Xer seemed to be fine also, but he was definitely winded. On a large, flat boulder the trio sat - or rather Zeke sat, Cloud layed, and Xer stood. The kid's gaze focused on the gray, gray sky. It wasn't a surprise to see clouds headed this way, probably bringing a blizzard.. Or at least some kind of snowfall. He made a face, pouting at the shitty weather. Snatching up a rock in his hand, he threw it off and the mountain side and watched it drop. He heard a light sound as it hit some of the rock below, not even reaching the ground. And then out of no where, a figure was running toward him. Zeke got to his feet, and so did Cloud. But the little polar bear already knew who it was, because of her sent. The boy didn't know until he saw her face close enough.
"OhhAurora."
He said, greeting her. Wrapping his arms around the girl, they kissed; but he couldn't exactly feel his lips too well, God knows what they were up to. Pulling back a bit, Aurora asked him a question. Cocking his head to one side, he thought about it and wondered what she meant. Probably leaving her.
"Oh, that ! Cloud got homesick.. So I decided to treat her to a nice little trip. I thought I would've been back sooner though, but.. "
He trailed off as she started to kiss his neck. Why, oh, why was she doing this ? She knows it turns me on.. He thought, but he smiled. It wasn't like he didn't enjoy it or anything though. He let out a breath before he broke her off from his neck. Pushing her hair out of the way, Zeke returned her affection by nibbling on her ear again. Then he went down to her neck, giving her more sweet kisses.. And then to her collarbone, another kiss. The boy lifted her legs up so they could wrap around him and rest on his hips so he was basicly holding her up with one arm under her and one supporting her back. He left another chilled kiss on her lips. With his full attention on the girl in his arms, he only faintly heard the voice in the near distance calling their names. Facing the direction it came from, his jaw dropped.
"Paige ? Holyfuck, you're like.. alive."
Zeke said. Obviously he would've thought something happened to her, he hasn't seen her around in what.. a year ? Maybe longer ? But then again, where has he been, you know ? Did everyone have a little voice in their head that told them to meet up here or what ? Weird..

ooc'd: Everyone seems preoccupied...so I'll pull Mattes in...! : D
A year.
Roughly three-sixty-five days since Matthias had come to this hellish place.
Better than Italy, but still kind of....unorthodox.
A year full of taking care of himself and his companion, Rivet, using herbs he remembered from medical classes.
And it still felt like he had just come here yesterday.
With his cheetah companion pacing along beside him, Mattes trudged his way up the Snow Angels to find the White Herb that would help him cure most cold sweats and reduce fever. He didn't like this place. Matthias could never really stand cold weather, even though the other runners preferred it. He was used to warmth, or dry warmth at least.
He bent down to observe the rocky hillside of the cliff. To be honest, he was less than a half-mile from where the others were standing. But even if he knew they were there, Matthias still wouldn't have talked to them. Anti-social Mattes. Always the fall of his game. They probably didn't need his reserve of herbs and healing medicines, or else they would have found him before, right? Although it did hurt him a little at the thought of people suffering while he had all sorts of makeshift items at his disposal. To be honest he would have healed Tainn if she needed it, but of course, Mattes was too shy to do that.
He was fine with Rivet, though. Rivet couldn't talk, and Rivet liked to run. So there was exercise with no awkward conversations, and his friend happened to catch food, too. Rivet was a cheerful animal and a being seemingly of light, in contrast to the strange girl's animal, which seemed totally of darkness. That huge wolf. But Mattes hadn't seen her in a while--maybe she really was a--
Crack. Mattes was hit sidelong by a large, dark shape. He hadn't noticed it at the time, but he was actually dragged through the air by the wolf for at least ten feet, and landed upside-down on his back on the snow. "....ow." Mattes growled, looking up to see the same massive black wolf he had seen before glaring down at him with amber-yellow eyes. "....great...." Now, where was Rivet at a time like this?
"Ohh, Mattes, dear, I found your whiskers~" Not her again! It was Koneko. She was petting Rivet as if he were a large kitten, like he had witnessed before her doing it to Sabor. "Bad Sabor! Mattes probably doesn't even taste good. He has no meat on his bones."
Mattes looked up from where he was laying to see a group of three people and multiple animals standing around. "There are more people than I've seen here before. Am I dead?"
"Nope. You're in Wonderland~"
ooc'd: Couldn't resist using that quote. xD

"Oh Aurora"
Yes Aurora! Who'd you expect? There was no one out here in this world but them. Only them. That's why she couldn't bare leaving his side. She couldn't stand being alone again after that year long wait of nothing was over. She'd rather curl up and freeze to death. Still glaring at her boyfriend, she pushed him playfully before raising an eye as he stared at her confused. Did he not know what she was talking about?
Ug. Would she have to explain everything? She was talking about the whole leave her to die in the rainforest without a note or hug or kiss telling her where he was going. Aurora rolled her eyes, she still had his belt. Ha, she could whip him for leaving her. She'd get a crack out of that. But Zeke caught on soon enough. Aurora laughed and moved closer to him as he began talking about how Cloud had been homesick. Stealing a glance at the cub, she let out a smile. She was so cute. Aurora was glad she was the one who got to name her.
Turning back to Zeke, she let the kissing begin. She playfully moved her lips across his face, kissing his cheek softly before watching him work at her neck. He was such an easy boy to turn on. Aurora giggled, she hadn't even done this with anyone else and she could easily turn Zeke on barely trying. But than again, she got turned on pretty easily too, so maybe she shouldn't be talking. As Zeke grabbed her legs, she was expecting something a bit different, but she didn't mind one bit when he took her by surprise. As she wrapped her legs around his body, she used her hand to push back her hair before going in to make out with his lips. Aurora was too preoccupied to notice the girl calling there names, but when Zeke turned to look, so did she. It was Paige.
At first, Aurora almost jumped out of Zeke's arms and ran toward her, wanting to give her a hug. But she had to restrain, so she stayed in Zeke's arms. She didn't want to leave Zeke's side because she had always had trouble accepting Zeke and Paige being just friends. It was just Aurora's nature, she couldn't help it. But this was so silly she couldn't believe her self. Jumping out of the boy's arms, she ran over to Paige with her arms out, wrapping her in a nice warm hug.
"Ohmygod Paige... it's you."
Shiya ran over as well, doing her goofy, lopsided run where her back legs swayed out way to the side as she ran. Shiya was Paige's friend too and she was just as excited (probably more excited) to see Paige. Kovu however still slept in Aurora's backpack, unaware of the guest.

Paige curiously watched as Aurora and Zekke kissed one another. Yes yes, she had seen people kissing, tons of times and not just in the movies. The fact was, the last time she saw both of them, they where just friends, or at least seemed to kinda favor one another. She wasn't surprised the two ended up together, besides both where friends, now she could just see both of them at the same time.
Staring was rude. Manners didn't all to matter much in Echo anyways, so she guessed both factors crossed one another out. Hopefully they wouldn't mind, but she pulled her gaze away from the pair anyways and glanced at the sky. She much more dull and dead then Aurora and Zekke.
But she caught a head turn out of the corner of her eye, and sharply turned back towards the two. And as Zekke turned, so did Aurora. They didn't look much different from last time time they met, and who knows how long ago that was. His jaw dropped, and an amused smile crept onto Paige's lips. Shocking to see her in a place like this right? Or maybe because he had Aurora in his arms and this would be the least likely place to meet someone that had been met ages ago.
"Yeah, shocking right?" She said with some sarcasm. But he was right. She didn't expect to live here long herself, but humans where meant to survive, even againest there will at times. She wasn't offened by Zekke, that was just what he thought might come from him.
A more friendly smile came as she saw Aurora scrambling out of Zekke's arms. She was also a likeable chick. Her embrace was foreign, but warm and kinda comforting. It had been ages since she had contact with a human. "Its been a long time hasn't it? She said as she hugged Aurora tightly back. And she saw Shiya to, and she was so much bigger. "Shiya!" She said in glee, trying to hold back her excitment to see the jaguar. That wasn't very mature. Paige maganed (while still hugging Aurora) to pat Shiya for a quick second.

A large gust of wind blew across the frosted land of Snow Angels. The fierce gust kicked up soft white powder, swirling it in frantic circles. Snow flakes danced upon the wind, falling elegantly to the ground to create large banks. Each bank disguised the slippery danger of ice beneath it. A trail wound up the mountain, swirling around it like an ice cream cone design. It stretched up and up to the heavens, almost as if the peak could stab an angel from the sky. Poor angel.
Celestial Anne Bellefleur had little to no idea of where she was. The only thing she could concentrate on was the nipping cold wind that was biting like a snake upon her flesh. While on her long climb up the mountain, careful and slowly treading upward, her body had dotted out in a sweat. Even though the female was smarter than average, she simply did not care and removed the article of clothing to cool her heated flesh. But lo and behold! A gust snatched the clothing from her grip and flung it angrily down the mountain. Crestfallen, Celestial watched her beloved warmth drift upon the wind, snowflakes landing upon it as it floated down.
Another gust of wind tussled her hair like an older sibling would. Frowning, she rose a pale hand to push it out of her eyes. While shielding her eyes from the glare of the sun over the snow, she cast her blue-green gaze upward. A small groan escaped her lips; there was still miles to go! With a sigh she placed her hands upon her hips, swiveling her back to each side. A satisfying crack shot up her spine. Oh well, better keep going.
Just as the female was about to take another step, she heard the voices of other humans floating to reach her ears. Who else would be here? Carefully inching her frame to the side of the ledge, she peered curiously down. There she could see a male, watching as he took a big tumble. But she didn’t really care much about that; a horse had fallen too! Fear shimmered in her blue-green orbs as she got to her knees, leaning over the edge. No! She was too far away to offer any help. That was when she spotted the dark silhouette of a femme and a...wolf? Was the wolf attacking her? But..no. It appeared they were friends!
Frowning, Celestial got to her feet again. At least the male would not be alone now, if he were injured or something. She couldn’t seem to tear her gaze away from the humans though. It had been so long since she fled her father’s house; since there was any human contact. A sense of longing welled up in her stomach, a boiling fire that began to spread through her veins. Gently she began to scramble back down the mountain; all that time for nothing! Oh well..
On her way down, more and more humans with animal companions of all sorts had arrived within the mix. She was very close to the bottom now, finding it easier to descend than it was to ascend. Halting her pace, she cupped her hands around her mouth and hollered, ”Hey!” As soon as the words left her mouth, Celestial’s foot slipped forward. A small gasp of fear escaped her mouth as she flailed her arms in large, windmill sweeps. But it was all in vain, for she could not catch her balance. Down she went, falling through the air like her sweater. Floating and twirling with the wind, snowflakes raining down upon her. The frozen water droplets kissing her flesh.
Bang! Celestial landed atop a large chunk of ice. There was a sickening shattering sound that reverberated throughout the area. Following the crunch of her impact came a soft whimper of pain. Oh it hurt, it hurt! Feeling a bit woozy, Celestial attempted to sit up. There was a large gash upon her forehead, blood gushing down her beautiful face. Nothing major, head wounds always bled a ton. What was more concerning was the fact that she could not move her left arm, the one that had hit a large uprise of ice. Pain throbbed through the limb, but she couldn’t move it one iota. Tears began to fill her blue-green eyes, gaze casting around the group; searching, hoping..for anybody to be friendly.

ooc'd: Stealin' Zeke's color. : O
ic'd: Whump. Koneko felt a harsh, sharp thump a few clicks behind her. "It looks like another dearie has fallen down the rabbit hole~" Koneko sang. Sabor looked up moodily from glaring at Mattes, who was starting to get cold from lying in the snow despite his (pimping) leather jacket keeping him warm and Rivet acting like this whole thing was a game. Well, it probably was, they were pawns after all. But this was one fucked up game of chess if you asked him. But no one asked him anything, so it would be all right.
Koneko danced over to the shape lying in the snow, a girl, looking about as if she were smack dab in the middle of Midian watching everybody shapeshift at once. Koneko bent so far over that her kanji tramp tat (hellz to the yeah.) showed, as she examined the girl. "You don't look crazy, darling. What ever are you doing here...?" She thought only insane people came to Echo. Like Midian, in a way, but they weren't dead (aren't these Clive Barker references a doll?). "What's yer name? I don't think I've seen you before. But really I haven't seen many people around here before, either." Koneko laughed as if solitary journeys were such a laugh. Well, to Koneko, everything was happy-go-lucky. I guess that's what happens when you're insane.
Sabor trotted up behind his partner. He had grown since being well-fed under Koneko's carefully laid traps, and now could easily reach her elbow with his muzzle. The large black wolf looked curiously, if not grumpily too, at the new girl. Too many scents for him. He had a new dumbass boy, a boy who fell on his ass a lot, a girl who looked like she could have lived in the forest all her life and a girl who looked as girly as they came. Too many humans for the dire wolf. Koneko pet his large, furry ears, giggling at the dangerous beast as if he were a puppy. "Oh~! This is Sabor, my best friend in this place. He's a big, grumpy puppy dog, but he gets mad if you treat him like that~"
Meanwhile, Matthias stood up--all six foot two of him. He had another growth spurt in Echo, much to his disappointment. His long, spiderlike legs made him look awkward enough without having them longer. The only place they looked comfortable was at the track field, where his legs put him to good instead of making him look freakish. ".....c'mon, Rivet.....maybe if we leave now no one will have noticed us." Matthias sighed, hoping that his no one had noticed Sabor full-body tackle him. That still hurt.

Aryan;; The blonde girl that was left lying on the ground was now nothing but a lump of snow. Suddenly, she lifted her head up. Taking a slow glance around, she had no clue where she was or how she got there. The last thing she remembered was being at a party, a half-downed drink in her hand.. Ah shit. She groaned and planted her face back into the snow. She'd gotten drunk, and ended up passing out. Usually she woke up at a friend's house or in her car, but uh.. Never in the middle of an arctic wasteland.
All of the sudden, it hit her that she was freezing. Like lightning, she immediately shot up to her feet. This sudden movement caused her head to throb with pain. With a hand on her foreward, she bent over and held herself up with her other arm propped onto her knee. As her head adjusted to the sudden movement, she squinted her eyes to try to see where she was. Blinding whiteness surrounded her, and her eyes were very sensitive to light at the moment. Swearing under her breath at her hungover self, she stared at the ground to keep the light from her eyes. Her eyes flicked wide open when she saw tracks. Human tracks.
With hope filling her energy up, she decided to follow them. Maybe her friends were here with her. Had they brought her here ? Why in the middle of no where ? Were they out snowboarding or something ? Flipflops probably weren't the best kind of footwear for being out in snow. She cringed everytime she took a step, so she went ahead and placed her feet inside of the premade tracks by the one she was following. Her body was in a severe state of shivering, the cold biting at her bare arms and legs. How pathetic, she was in a tank top and shorts. All she had with her was a bag carrying the stuff that she had at the party. Insane, much ?
With her arms crossed, she pressed on in hope of finding the one she was after. The chickie looked up to find some silhouettes in the distances. She sped up her pace. Approaching the whole group of kids, she glanced at every one of their faces and hadn't recognized any one of them. She sighed and moaned at the same time, falling to the ground in exhaustion. She felt so weak, and now hopeless. Leaning up on her arms, she looked around - dazed.
"Hey.." She called out to no one in particular. "Where am I ?"
She asked, not remembering to give her name. She had so many questions running through her head, she couldn't think straight.. She couldn't see straight. Dizzily, she looked around at them again. It was all a blur. Seeing a tall figure emerge in the background, she weakly called to it.. Assuming it was a person.
"Hey, hey you ! Tall kidd !" She called to him, still looking pathetic lying in the snow like that.
---------- ---------- ----------
Zeke;; Now there was a whole group of people. Did someone send out mental invitations or something, for a party ? Letting Aurora, slip out of her arms to go greet Paige, he thought about it too. But with his short attention span, something else caught his attention. It was a girl (of course, a girl catching his attention !) that basically had just fallen.. out of the sky. With her somewhat painful cries drew him to her. Approaching the fallen girl, he saw her blood-tainted face. Then another girl came over, out of no where ? Zeke kneeled down.
"Are you okay ?" He asked, how idiotic of him.. Of course she wasn't okay, she only had blood dripping down her face ! "What the hell are you thinking, falling off of mountains like that.."
He wasn't being serious, he always made jokes or.. tried to make jokes. Cracking a light smile, he tried to make the best of her pain. Looking around him, there wasn't really anything to wipe the blood off with. You know, to see where the actual wound was. Probably her head, injuries do tend to bleed excessively. Grunting, he looked back to the girl.
"Do you wanna use my shirt for, uh, you know... ?" He gestured toward the blood.
As reluctant he was to offer his only protection from his skin against the harsh cold, he was in a good enough mood to. Zeke glanced to the wolf that was near them, looking into his piercing eyes. Then another sound caught his attention, a foreign voice. But really, what else couldn't be foreign here ? "Hey, where am I ?" it said. Looking off to the left, he saw another girl.. And she was laying in the snow. Pathetic. He thought, who would be that crazy to just lay there in the snow. But she seemed to be struggling. Ohh.. Maybe that's why. He shrugged, and she was calling over to some 'tall kid'. Wait.. Tall kid ? Looking around, he hadn't even noticed the other there. And it wasn't a girl this time ! He was relieved to know that he wasn't the only guy in this place.

As Aurora took a step back from Paige, she tilted her head and watched as the girl and Jaguar greeted each other. She had never really thought about what it must look like when Aurora pets Shiya from the vantage point of a stranger. It sure did look pretty strange. Sighing, Aurora took a step back from the pair and walked over to her backpack. Well, it took longer than a normal walk would. Her pack had been set down on a ledge, and she was several feet lower than it. Grunting, she began rock climbing up the face of the rock. A triumphant smile spread across her face as she realized she could easily scale this rock. With her hands finding the right holes and her feet being strong enough to push her up; she was to her pack in no time.
Picking up the sack, she carefully and slowly opened the zipper. Being careful to be quiet and not wait the sleeping man that laid inside. Of course he wasn't an actual man! Ha how silly do you think Aurora is? She wouldn't put a midget in there, or a leprecon. Ha! The girl began giggling at those thoughts as she pulled out her baby chimpanzee. His name was Kovu and she had found him in the jungle just the other day. She'd still be in the fucking jungle too, but no. Zeke (love of her life) had to leave and go on this inspiration journey. Rolling her eyes, Aurora placed Kovu on her shoulders and waited for him to wake up. Once she felt him grab a hold on her hair, she began her climb down the rocks.
It was a bit harder to get down the rocks, and she was glad when she finally got down. Luckily, at the last second she had grabbed her pack so she wouldn't have to be going back up there.
Hell-oh! She screamed inside her head as she took a look at the scene before her. What? How many? 1...2...3...?? HOW MANY FUCKING CHICKS WERE HERE? Angrily Flaring her nostrils, Aurora stormed up to Zeke and pulled him away from the girl he was trying to help. Turning to him she hissed through clenched teeth,
"Allow me..."
When she bent down to take a look at the girl, her stomach twisted in pity. She had had almost the exact same head wound when she had first stumbled upon echo. Of course that was because she had been thrown out of a car... but those details weren't exactly important. Taking a deep breath, Aurora took out the spare shirt she had in her bag (Yes the skimpy one she had stole...) and began dabbing it at the girl's head.
"Sorry, I know I'm kind of invading your space. But I know what I'm doing. When I first ended up in this world, more than a year ago, I had a head wound just like that. Hopefully it isn't as bad as mine. But who knows? Mine wasn't that bad anyway, I'm just a big baby."
Aurora left the girl with her shirt and turned around. Where had Zeke gone? She couldn't fucking trust him in a crowd of girls this big. One was pushing it. Aurora cast a quick glance at Paige. No offense. Running to where Zeke was headed, she caught him and held him in her arms. Not this time you don't! She knew he was off to look after that blonde chick, and there was no way she was letting that happen. But that was when she heard the girl speak and ask for the tall boy. Well, Zeke wasn't exactly tail but.. compared to the girls he was. But why didn't she just say, "Hey boy?" Aurora rolled her eyes. That girl was deliousional and was probably hoping to get some. But nu uh. He was Auroras.
Oh wait. There was another guy here. Whoops.

Aurora broke away from their embrace, giving Paige a better oppournity to remeet Shiya. It had been such a long, and she stroked the spotted cat. Her bag wiggly lively and squeaked out something from deep inside its contentents. She almost forgot Ezera was inside. She would be thrilled to see another big wild cat like herself. he was a bit afriad to see the reaction towards each other. Ezera wouldn't be able to harm her, but she didn't know how Shiya would take it.
So, cautiously she pulled Ezera out of the bag one handed, she was actually getting quiet heavy. Ezera, some what dazed from being in a kinda new surrounding and new scents swirling about, quickly caught glance of Shiya. "This is Shiya." She whispered to her kitty cat. The cat Hissed out in denfense, but was completly intruided with the new feline, her eyes wide in a stare.
She finally seemed to notice that not only Aurora had left her, but Zekke to. She tried to wrangle Ez into the bag, but her compaion wouldn't allow it, forcing her to craddle her like a baby in her arms. She followed Aurora, to find her by a bleeding girl. Poor chap, she thought, advancing towards her. She was a pretty thing, but she looked in poor condition. "I'm Paige." She said introducing herself to the girl.
Aurora was already walking away, following Zekke, who she could distantly see. Their where more people to, a set of them, guy and girl. With thier own compaion animals. She wondered what was up with them. Ezera was curiously staring at the new girl. "What happened to you anyways?" She asked.

Celestial tilted her chin up, jaw quivering with pain. Blood was pouring all around her frame, forming a pool within the snow beneath her. Soon the crystal white colouration began to turn crimson. The first to react to her was a seemingly hyper female. Tear-filled blue-green eyes rested upon this so said female who was bent over her. Instinctively she cringed backward, uncertain just how these people were going to react to her. You don't look crazy, darling. What ever are you doing here...? What's yer name? I don't think I've seen you before. But really I haven't seen many people around here before, either. Celestial blinked gently, breathing becoming ragged as she listened to the words Koneko had to say. Drawing a deep breath in, chest swelling with the effort, Celestial began to speak. ”I..I’m a traveler, that’s what brought me here...my name is..Celestial Bellefleur, but you can call me Cel...” she answered softly, stumbling over the words. It was hard to hear her because the words were spoken through gritted teeth.
When Sabor padded up to Koneko, Cel gave a small shriek of surprise, nearly jumping to her feet. But that action would take too much effort and would be painful. Now, she absolutely loved animals and the wolf was one of her favorites, but seeing such a large animal up close, with no warning, startled her. Was he attracted to the scent of her blood? Going to attack because of it? How come nobody else was freaking out? Her eyes grew huge with surprise when the female reached her hand down to pet that massive beast. Oh~! This is Sabor, my best friend in this place. He's a big, grumpy puppy dog, but he gets mad if you treat him like that~
Before she could even begin to fathom what to say in response to that, a male came over to join them. Are you okay ? What the hell are you thinking, falling off of mountains like that.. She hadn’t gotten too upset from his sarcastic remark of her falling from the mountain, the grin that slid across his face was sufficient enough to inform her he was simply joking, still she responded defensively. ”It’s not like I meant to! It’s slippery up there..I think I’m o-okay..my arm hurts..and my head.” she said softly, fearful to look at her arm. The bloody, mangled mess hardly seemed to be an arm at all! It was clear it had shattered from the impact. Do you wanna use my shirt for, uh, you know... ? Celestial could only shake her head slightly, how could she even ask such a thing of a stranger?
When yet another female stormed up to the group, Celestial shrank even further back against the frozen wall. There was so many people around! And the outward appearance of this female, in particular, seemed displeased and ready to maim something. Aurora pulled Zeke, okay maybe maim someone, away from her, and took over the job of caring for Cel. Everybody was staring at her, of course they were, she was injured. But all the eyes upon her frame made her squirm a bit. Allow me...Sorry, I know I'm kind of invading your space. But I know what I'm doing. When I first ended up in this world, more than a year ago, I had a head wound just like that. Hopefully it isn't as bad as mine. But who knows? Mine wasn't that bad anyway, I'm just a big baby. The female seemed to soften up as she kneeled beside Cel, who couldn’t help but wince as Aurora dabbed at the blood streaming down her face. The first thing to come to her mind was to apologize. ”I’m sorry..I’ve seemed to ruined a good reunion..and your shirt..” Making a mental note to pay the female back, Cel began to relax her stiff muscles. It appeared that nobody here was going to hurt her, rather they were fairly friendly.
As soon as Cel began to relax, another female joined the fray. But she seemed just as friendly, if not more, than the others around her. Aurora left Cel with the shirt to chase after Zeke. Her pale hand curled around the cloth, pressing it to the wound. I'm Paige. What happened to you anyways? ”I’m Celestial..you can call me Cel. I..kinda fell.” she answered, tilting her chin up to allow her gaze to rest upon the high up ledge she’d fallen from. What a drop..she was lucky to be alive.
OOC: I'm tired, so it's not that great..sorry. x3
