**** Echo is an intermediate to advanced RPG. We frown upon short posting here and hope you will be able to get into your character enough that you can come up with a decent post. I say a good post should be at least 400 words.

Rules:

1. Posting minimum is 250 words.

* That's just in case your muse is running low. It will count against you to post short posts, so please try and keep your posts above 300 words. We all have off days, and the staff here knows as well as you do. So if you are posting good posts, and you are having an off day, we won't bite.

2. Power playing is not okay.

* If you need to power play someone's character because it is basically impossible not too, just ask the person nicely and make an 'ooc' note that it's allowed.

3. God powers aren't fun for the rest of us.

* You aren't god. Your characters can't survive every blow. It's not fair to anyone but you.

4. You must have 20 posts before you can attempt for your first companion animal. Try making friends until you get up to 20 posts; shouldn't take too long. After you get your first animal, you can get as many companion animals as you want after that, keep it under 7 though, I think that's a bit much ^ ^. Just post in the appropriate board

*** Example: Make a thread in the fields, and you will probably get yourself a Horse. Make a thread in a forest, you will probably get yourself a wolf, but you might be lucky and stumble upon a bear. If you’re walking around in one of the towns, you might pick up a stray dog or cat.

Note: The Admin decide everything about your companion including: Gender, Skills, disabilities, description, picture, how easy it will be to train. The only thing you will be able to decide is the name.

5. Since you only have two characters for awhile, you can be in as many threads as you want at the same time. They can be weeks between each other too, it doesn't really matter.

6. For sex and that kind of play.
Please mark the threads accordingly. If it's graphic, put a tag on it. If you just fade to black, you don't have to mark it

** For graphic Sex or graphic fighting

[ P ] = Private

** If the thread is not open to anyone except a few invited people

[ O ] = Open

** For open threads ready to roleplay with anyone
